All Ethereum based wallets that support custom networks and tokens should be able to support Centric Rise (CNR) and Centric Swap (CNS). However, it is advice to first send a small test amount if you're not sure.
You may need some BNB to cover the transaction fees.
Custodian wallets
Custodian wallets, often called web wallets are mostly wallets where you can login using a username and password.
Your private keys are managed by the team behind the web wallet and in most cases you don't have access to them.
In case you lose your password or something similar, the support team will in most cases be able to restore your account. Therefore, this is a great option for people who are new into cryptocurrencies.
- Centric Wallet
- Official web wallet. Uses CNR/CNS to pay the network fees, making the user experience a lot better compared to other wallets. It also features a built-in swap function between CNS and CNR.
Offline wallets
Although it is not recommended, via My Ether Wallet (MEW), you can generate keystore wallet files or mnemonic phrases to store offline.
Software wallets
Desktop
- Brave
- Chromium based browser with built-in Metamask wallet.
Browser Extensions
Browser extensions are great to use with WEB3 enabled dapps.
* = only available for Chromium based browsers
Mobile
* = only available for Android
** = only available for iOS
Hardware wallets
- Ledger Nano
- You have to install the tron app via Ledger Live (desktop application), then go to the Ethereum app on your Nano, go to settings, and set "custom contracts" to "allowed". Non-supported tokens won't show in your Nano or Ledger Live, but you have to connect your address to Metamask where you have to change the network from Ethereum to Binance Smart Chain. After that you will have easy access to advanced features and interactions with smart contracts. Can't export private keys. Recommended for advanced users. See Ledger tutorial for more information.
- SafePal
- You have to pair with the app and enable the coin you want to see by providing its contract id. Can't export private keys. Great for less advanced users.
- Trezor
- No experiences. Can link to multiple extension wallets like Metamask and MEW.
TRON (old)
All wallets that support custom trc-20 tokens should be able to support Centric Rise (CNR) and Centric Cash (CNS). However, it is advice to first send a small test amount if you're not sure.
You may need some TRX to cover the transaction fees.
Manual wallets
You can create new addresses and interact with the tron network at https://tronscan.io/. However, it is advised to use a software or hardware wallet instead.
You can log in to Tronscan with your TronLink wallet and your Ledger Nano to get access to advanced features.
Software wallets
Desktop
- TronLink
- Recommended browser extension. Easy interaction with websites and smart contracts. All trc-20 assets that have a balance are shown by default. Only for Chromium based browsers.
Mobile
- Klever
- Recommended. For iOS and Android.
- TronLink
- Recommended. For iOS and Android.
- imToken
- For iOS and Android.
- Trust Wallet
- For iOS and Android.
Hardware wallets
- Ledger Nano
- You have to install the tron app via Ledger Live (desktop application), then go to the Tron app on your Nano, go to settings, and set "custom contracts" to "allowed". Non-supported tokens won't show in your Nano or Ledger Live, but you have to connect your address to TronLink (recommended) or Tronscan.
- imKey
- No experiences. Please let us know if you have this wallet.
